Signup Form widget

How to create the widget and start using it:

Login to your WebAsyst account and navigate to Contacts
Select folder where you want to collect subscribers
Click “Create a Widget” button

Widget is ready to use! Copy HTML code of this widget and paste it into your webpage.

Allow visitors to your website or blog to subscribe for news, updates, and free stuff deliveries.

How it works

Widget appears as a simple form into which people enter their name, Email address, and whatever other fields you specify. Information entered by visitors will be posted to your WebAsyst Contacts account.

The widget's constructor allows you to specify which fields will be in the form, to choose its color and size, and to define the folder where entered information will be stored. Range of applications varies from a simple newsletter subscription form with name and email only to elaborate questionnaires with many fields. Below are some examples:

Signup widget constructor allows you to customize following properties:

Form title
Button label
Text of the message that appears after user clicks the button
Title color
Body background color
Form size (width and height)
Folder in Contacts where data entered will be posted

Double opt-in subscription

Often it is necessary to send a confirmation request to the Email address entered by a subscriber to ensure the address is valid. To enable this confirmation click “Double Opt-In” option while creating the widget. After subscriber clicks “Submit” button in your widget a message with special confirmation link will be sent to subscriber.
