Email messages are not sent to all selected contacts

When you send an email message to a large number of contacts, the resources of the web server necessary to perform this task may exceed the limitations set by the server administrator or even the server's physical performance limits. In such cases a message will be sent only to a portion of the selected contacts.

To ensure that your mailings are always successfully sent to all specified email addresses regardless of the performance and configuration of the web server, set up a cron job prior to sending a message. A cron job will allow the server to send the message to the remaining addresses with hourly intervals until the sending is fully completed. A cron job must be set up only once, and it will be automatically triggered whenever you decide to run another bulk mailing campaign.

Note: Setting up a cron job is only necessary if you install WebAsyst scripts on your own or a hosted server. For users of the WebAsyst online services this setup has already been performed by the administration.
