How do I add user photos to the request page?

On the request-viewing page there is an area next to the name of each participant of the request discussion which is supposed to display his/her photo. Those photos can be uploaded using the WebAsyst Contacts application thanks to its integration with WebAsyst Help Desk (provided that both applications are installed in the same account).

If your customer has filled and submitted a subscription form created with WebAsyst Contacts prior to sending you a support request and has uploaded his/her photo using that form, the photo will be displayed on the request-viewing page, if the customer sends requests from the same email address which was specified in the subscription form. You can also upload customers' photos manually in your WebAsyst Contacts account.

Photos of the WebAsyst Help Desk users can be added in section "Users" by the account administrator or on the "My settings" page by each user individually.
