When you set up the Mail application to retrieve new messages from an external mail server, information about such messages will appear in WebAsyst Mail, but the messages will actually remain on the remote server. In that case the limitations of the remote mail server will apply. For example, you may be limited to a maximum of 100 MB messages even though your WebAsyst pricing plan allows you to store significantly more.
Note: Should you run out of the disk space on the mail server, you will not be able to receive new mail!
In order to free up the disk space, move some or all messages from the "Inbox" folder to any local folder in WebAsyst Mail; e.g., to "My Messages". This will delete messages from the remote mail server and save them on the WebAsyst server.
