Bypassing login screen to access WebAsyst account

To work with WebAsyst applications authorization with a login name and a password is required. If you have to enter those data very frequently or do not like remembering them to access your account, you can use the "Direct Access" feature. This feature allows a user to access the WebAsyst account bypassing the login screen. Entering a login name and a password is not required in this case.

How can I directly access my account using a special link?

To access your WebAsyst account via a direct link, first log in to the account, click on the link with your name in the top-right page corner and then click on the "My settings" link in the rectangle area that will appear.

Note: if you do not have the "My settings" link in your account, ask your account administrator (the user who has full access to the access rights management section) to have the setup described below performed for you in account section "Users".

On the page that opens activate the "Access" tab and enable option "Allow direct access" in section "My settings -> Direct Access" as shown in the picture:

Then tick the "Email login instruction to user" option below and click on "Save". Doing so will make a message containing direct access links emailed to your address.

Tip: for convenient access to the links save them in your browser favorites so that you do not have to open your email client each time when you need to use a direct access link.
