Place online order for the desired applications. After we verify your payment, you will be able to download the archive with purchased applications from your WebAsyst Customer Center account. The product is delivered as a downloadable installation package. We do not deliver software copies on CD/DVD as we upgrade our products frequently and downloading via Internet is a much more efficient way to ship.

License to install software on one web server
Installation procedure requires you to enter a license key which you receive with the product. The license is always valid—you have the right to use the software forever.

Our support team will help you to install the software on your server and will give answers to all your questions related to the product. We do not offer custom services and we cannot answer questions like "how can I change PHP code to get...". Support is free and available 24 hours, 7 days a week via email.

License

One license gives you the right to use only one installation of the Software on one web server. This installation must be configured to use only one database. A separate License must be purchased for each new Software installation. You can install an additional copy of the Software exclusively for testing purposes, on the condition that such copy is not accessible by third parties.

Software update

The WebAsyst Installer application, which is included with every WebAsyst purchase, offers an easy automated tool for installing software updates. Instead of downloading software updates and installing them manually over FTP, you only need to click "Update" button in the WebAsyst Installer. It will download the latest software version from our servers, and install it automatically.

Paid installation

We offer paid installation service for $50. This service includes installation of WebAsyst Shop-Script on your web server (or shared hosting). Design customization is not included (we do not provide design customization services). Contact our customer support to order custom installation service.

To install WebAsyst on your web server, we will need access to the website where you wish to install WebAsyst Shop-Script. Please obtain the following information from your hosting provider and furnish to us: FTP, MySQL connection settings, and website URL.
