WebAsyst Projects is a web service where you can store information related to your projects: customers, work plan, tasks assignments, due dates, documents related to them, etc.
First of all, you can access your data from any place there is an Internet connection. You can access your documents, add and assign new tasks, and/or change a work plan. Secondly, you can do it in collaboration with your team, your colleagues, and partners. Every project member can be given specific data management rights according to his role, and he will always have access to up-to-date information on progress of all projects. All information is stored in a single place instead of having it spread in pieces over personal and office computers of your team.

If you are a corporate customer, an IT manager, or web developer, you may prefer to purchase WebAsyst Projects software (with 100% released source code) and install it on your own web server. Our scripts can be successfully installed on most hosting server configurations. The installation procedure is simple and thoroughly described.
Free account allows you to have 2 projects. Each project may have a different customer and an unlimited number of tasks with their respective assignments and dates. If you want to manage more than 2 projects, you can subscribe to a paid account for as low as $4.95 a month.
Software: The downloadable software version has no limits other than the size of your server's storage system.
Yes. If you have WebAsyst Files service in your account or installation, then the main projects view will have a “Files” tab that provides direct access to WebAsyst Files folder associated with particular project.
Participants must be registered users of the system. Free WebAsyst account allows you to have two users, including yourself. Paid accounts allow you to raise or completely remove this limitation as needed. Software installation has no limits in this regard.
Tasks' start, due and actual completion dates are used to create a Gantt chart representing your project. Color coded bars along the project time line provide a visual presentation of your project, its current state, and future development. One glance can tell you which tasks are ahead of schedule, and which are past due.
Definitely. You need to create new user accounts for each member of the project, set their login and passwords, and provide a link to access the system. Once inside, users’ actions are limited to the scope they have been given by the administrator or project manager. WebAsyst Projects allows setup of access rights on the entire system or per project. There are several levels which can be assigned:
