License Agreement

This license agreement (hereinafter Agreement) is an agreement between you and WebAsyst LLC (hereinafter Author). The Agreement applies to all free and/or commercially distributed versions and modifications of WebAsyst software.

WebAsyst software (hereinafter Software) is a set of source code files (PHP scripts and associated materials like SQL scripts, reference manual, and the text of this Agreement) designed to implement a suite of on-line (web based) services, and reproduced either in files or on paper including soft and/or hard copies.
By purchasing the Software you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, that you agree to the content of the Agreement and its terms, and that you agree to use the Software in compliance with this Agreement.
The Agreement is legally binding from the moment you download this Software from our site, or receive it through email or on data medium at the Author’s discretion.
The Author is the copyright holder of the Software. The Software or a portion of it is copyrightable matter and is protected by law. Any activity that infringes the terms of this Agreement violates copyright law and will be prosecuted according to the current statutes.
The Software is distributed "AS IS", without warranties as to performance, merchantability, data integrity, and/or warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The Author is not liable for any damage or possible damage caused by you the buyer, your information, and/or your business arising out of the use or inability to use this Software. Nor is the Author liable for your inability to customize or use the software for a specific purpose not expressly listed in software features. Author is not liable for, nor will refunds be granted because of, buyer’s incompetence and/or inability to use this software.
This Agreement gives you the right to use only one (1) installation of the Software on one (1) web-server. This installation of the Software must be configured to use only one database. A separate License must be obtained for each new Software installation. You can install an additional copy of the Software exclusively for testing purposes, on condition that such copy is not accessible by third parties.
Any distribution of the Software without preliminary Author’s consent, including noncommercial distribution, is regarded as violation of this Agreement and incurs liability, according to the current law.
You have the right to make changes into the source code of the Software at your discretion on the condition that such changes do not affect Author's copyright reservation are not used for private labeling or branding the Software. The Author is not liable for performance of this Software if you make any changes to the code.
The Author is not liable to you for prosecution arising from illegal use of the Software (including, but not limited to, selling prohibited products or products acquired as a result of criminal activity exasperating interracial or international antagonism and etc.).
In the event that this Agreement is terminated, buyer must delete all files and documents received, and their copies. Termination does not require Author to refund any purchase costs. If Author chooses to make a refund, Author may require buyer to sign, and have notarized, a legal document which states that all software files, documents, and copies have been deleted, and that the buyer furthermore guarantees that the software is no longer used by him/her, the company, or any associate.
