What's included:

• WebAsyst Notes PHP scripts
  The product is delivered as a downloadable installation package. As soon as your payment is approved we open a dedicated account in our Customer Center for you with unique login and password, where you can get the most recent version of the product. We do not deliver software copies on CD/DVD as we upgrade our products frequently and downloading via Internet is much more fast and convenient way to ship.
• License to install software on one web server
  Installation procedure requires to enter a license key which you get with the product. The license is ever valid — you have the right to use the software forever.
• 1 year of free upgrades
  You get one year of free upgrades from the date of purchase. During this year you have access to your Customer Center account where you can download the most recent version of the product. Alternatively, your WebAsyst Installer, which is included into installation package, can automatically download upgrades from our server by your request.
• 24/7 technical support
  Our support team will help you to install the software on your server and will give answers to all your questions related to the product except the questions like "how can I change PHP code to get...". Support is free and available 24 hours 7 day a week.

About License

One license gives you the right to use only one installation of the Software on one web server. This installation must be configured to use only one database. A separate License must be obtained for each new Software installation. You can install an additional copy of the Software exclusively for testing purposes, on condition that such copy is not accessible by third parties.

All subsequent licenses receive 50% discount. Price for the second and further licenses of the WebAsyst Issue Tracker software is: $37.

Access to upgrades

After one year, additional yearly upgrades may be purchased at 25% of the original purchase price. Every subsequent year of upgrades for WebAsyst Notes will cost $24.
