WebAsyst System Requirements

To work with WebAsyst you just need one of the following browsers:

Windows 2000/2003/XP/NT

Mac OS X (v.10.2) Red Hat 9
Internet Explorer 6.0 (and higher)
Firefox 1.5, 2.0
Mozilla 1.5
FireFox 1.5, 2.0
Mozilla 1.4

NOTE: Your browser must support Java-script and cookies must be enabled

If you want to download WebAsyst and install on your server

Your server must satisfy the following requirements:

DOM Functions. DOM Functions are enabled by default unless explicitly turned off using --disable-dom during PHP configuration.

GD. Provides functions to work with image files. Used to create and maintain thumbnails and all sort of graphics. To enable GD-support configure PHP --with-gd[=DIR], where DIR is the GD base install directory. In Windows, you'll include the GD2 DLL php_gd2.dll as an extension in php.ini.

ZLIB. Used to compress/uncompress ZIP archives. ZLIB support in PHP is not enabled by default. You will need to configure PHP --with-zlib[=DIR] The windows version of PHP has built in support for this extension. You do not need to load any additional extension in order to use these functions.

Multibyte String Functions. Provides multibyte specific string functions that help you deal with multibyte encodings in PHP. In addition to that, mbstring handles character encoding conversion between the possible encoding pairs. mbstring is designed to handle Unicode-based encodings such as UTF-8.
