Receiving requests: email and web forms
WebAsyst Help Desk allows you to receive customer requests by email or via web forms. Number of email boxes and forms is not limited. All new requests are automatically queued in the system — you do not even have to refresh the browser window.
Single storage for all requests
Are your customer requests scattered over several company computers? WebAsyst Help Desk stores all messages in a single database, allowing you to find any request quickly, and to view its processing history from any computer with Internet access.
Fully integrated with Shop-Script
If a customer has placed an order in your WebAsyst Shop-Script based online store, you will see the list of his/her purchases directly on the request-viewing page. All necessary information is immediately displayed, without leaving request page.
Customer online account
A specially designed personal web page for each customer. Using an online account, a customer can view all his/her requests and their current status, add a new request or browse received replies to previously sent requests, as well as cancel any currently open request.
Multi-user collaboration
Customer requests can be processed by a team of operators. We have developed convenient functions which allow you to forward and discuss requests, add comments, automatically assign operator on reopened request, etc.
