Shop-Script

Users and groups

— completely new “Users” design,
— enhanced add/edit user forms,
— new interface of customizing user access rights, will work several times faster,
— function “Invite”, invited users will be able to register and login to your account.

Contacts 2.0

— significantly redesigned and enhanced Contacts service, will work on the new kernel,
— new user interface,
— dynamic contacts lists,
— CRM functions.

New application “Support Tracker”

Did you ever provide a consulting and technical support to your clients? New online service “Support Tracker” will allow you to:

— sort out a stream of incoming requests from your customers,
— organize a queue of requests and not forget to reply any client's request,
— keep and track a workflow for every request: receiving, discussing with your colleagues, replying to client, recurring request, and etc.,
— maintain your own Knowledgebase to provide a faster and better reaction to future requests from your customers.

Projects 2.0

New version of the Projects service. Task list with Gantt diagram will not be a major and an only essence of the service anymore. Projects will be enhanced by discussions, mail, event notifications and many other features.

Pages 2.0

New version of the Pages service. While editing a page you will be able to add blocks and functions from all other WebAsyst services. This will allow you to quickly create web pages enriched by dynamic content and powerful functions.
