WebAsyst offers 20 predefined fields which RE used most often. These are first name, last name, phone, address, email, etc. You can add any extra fields of your own design or remove existing ones; e.g., you can add “Shoe size” for your bowling team members, “Emergency contact” for your fellow volunteer firefighters. If you are collecting job applications on your site, you might create “Key skills” and “Salary expectations” fields.
Yes. There is one predefined image field named Photo. You can upload any picture into it. If necessary, you can create additional image fields to store scanned copies of personal documents (IDs, licenses, certificates) related to the contact.
Yes, and you can import contacts from many other applications. WebAsyst allows you to upload contact lists in CSV (Comma Separated Values) format, where contact details (name, email, phone, etc.) are stored in separate columns.
A WebAsyst Free account allows you to create up to 100 contact records and use up to 100 megabytes for attached files. If this is insufficient, you can upgrade to paid service subscription and raise or completely remove these limits starting as low as $4.95 a month.

Yes. Create a widget in WebAsyst Contacts – a simple data collection form to integrate into your webpage. Any info entered the will be sent as a new contact record and stored in a specified folder.
Your WebAsyst account has a “Users” directory, where you can create new users and give them access rights to contact folders of the account. Every user will have a personal login and password to enter the system. Once inside, users may access only those parts to which they have been given access.
WebAsyst Contacts allows setup of access rights to each folder separately. There are several levels to be used:
