You attract a new customer to our website using your personal promo code. The customer clicks a link on your website (the link must contain the promo code, e.g., http://www.webasyst.net/?affid=012345), or simply enters your promo code during order checkout on the WebAsyst website.
The customer places an order for WebAsyst scripts on our website, this order automatically becomes associated with your code. To make the customer enter your promo code, we offer him/her extra 5% discount. A good reason to enter the code, isn't it?

Why is a customer entitled to an extra 5% discount?

This is a motivation for the customer to enter your promo code when ordering WebAsyst software.

What if a customer first clicks my promo link, then leaves your website, and returns several days later—will my promo code be lost?

No. We save the promo code in "cookies" for 30 days. This means that, if a customer clicks your promo link and orders WebAsyst scripts during those 30 days (for example, he/she might want to first learn as many details as possible about the product and purchase it only two weeks later), you will still receive your commission.

Is it a requirement to use a promo link to make all this work?

No, it is not. You may simply send your promo code to any prospective customer by email, tell it on the phone, or publish it on your website and offer your visitors to use the code to enjoy a 5% discount when purchasing WebAsyst scripts. The order checkout page on our website has a special box where customers can enter the promo code. If your code is entered in that box, a customer will receive a discount, and you will get paid.

WebAsyst referral program terms and conditions:

This partnership agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is a public offer between You (hereinafter "Partner") and WebAsyst, LLC (hereinafter "Author"). The terms and conditions of this Agreement refer to all commercially distributed versions and modifications of the WebAsyst software products (hereinafter "Products").

   1. The Author provides a unique personal promo code to the Partner, which allows the Author to identify the Partner uniquely in the course of all actions where the personal promo code is involved.
   2. Customers who have purchased the Products (hereinafter "Customers") by placing an order on the Author's website using a promo code are entitled to a 5% discount for all Products ordered.
   3. Any order for the Products with the use of a promo code is considered as associated with the Partner whose promo code was specified by the Customer during checkout.
   4. The Author shall credit a commission to the Partner at the amount of 20% of the total cost of the purchase made with the promo code. The Partner's commission will be credited at the time a Customer's order payment is approved at all events except for the event described at the term #5.
   5. Partner may purchase Products on Author website with the use of their own promo code. In this case Partner receives 5% discount for the Products purchased, however the commission will not be credited to the Partner's account.
   6. The commission is payable by Author to the Partner by the time the amount of the commission becomes equal to or larger than 200 USD. The payout shall be made within 10 (ten) working days from the date when the commission size in the Partner's account exceeds the limit amount mentioned above.
   7. The Author shall reserve a Guarantee Fund of 100 USD in the Partner's account which will be used in case of refunds for the cost of the Products to Customer, should they return purchased Products.
   8. Payouts are made via PayPal (http://www.paypal.com). Partner acknowledges to have PayPal account which allows to receive payments from U.S.-based business account. No other payment options are possible. 
   9. Should a Customer refuse to use the purchased Products, requiring a refund by the Author, the Partner's commission on such sales will be canceled.
   10. The Author will provide the Partner access to information on the commission credited and the payouts made by means of a special web page in the WebAsyst Customer Center.
   11. The Partner may publish their promo code in any suitable manner. To simplify the transmission of the promo code to Customers, the Partner will be offered a special link to the Author's website, a click on which automatically adds the promo code to the Products order page.
   12. The Partner may offer their promo code any number of times to the same Customer or to an unlimited number of Customers.
   13. Should this Agreement be terminated by the Partner, the Author shall pay the accrued commission in full (including the Guarantee Fund). In this case the final payout shall be made upon expiration of two months after the last commission accrual.
   14. The Partner undertakes not to advertize the Products using methods that may be classified as spam, or in any manner compromising the Author's reputation. The Partner agrees that any claims to the Partner made by Customers which are directly or indirectly related to the Products may result in a premature termination of this Agreement.
